Refunds: As a general rule, donations are non‑refundable. If an error occurs (e.g., duplicate transaction or wrong amount), contact us within 30 days and we will review it promptly.
Recurring donations: You can change or cancel a recurring gift before the next charge—contact us or use any self‑service options provided by the payment platform.

4) Fundraising, campaigns & events

Sometimes we run appeals or events with their own specific conditions (e.g., ticketing or merchandise). If a campaign becomes oversubscribed—or circumstances change on the ground—we may re‑allocate funds to similar activities with the greatest need, or enhance the capacity of the organisation to advance its charitable work – always consistent with our charitable purpose.
